This was demonstrated in a recent Florida <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.flmd.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/show_public_doc?2023-01470-12-8-cv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruling<\/a> in which the court granted the state\u2019s motion to dismiss a habeas corpus petition, in part due to the defendant\u2019s procedural defects.
